LHSC was created as the non-profit affiliate of Lucas Metro Housing.
2015
Renovated and sold its first formerly vacant home to a first time home buyer.
2017
First Major Community Reflection Project
2019
Expansion of Homeownership Program
2023
Renovated and sold its 60th formerly vacant home in Toledo.
2025
Opened Park Apartments, a 45-unit apartment building to house homeless youth aged 18-24.
Present
Renovations to 13 distressed homes in Toledo and development of a new 65-unit apartment with Cherry Street Mission.
