Building hope through housing

Welcome to Park Apartments

The 4 story, 45 unit Park Apartments building will serve homeless youth with a disability between the ages of 18 – 24 who need assistance transitioning from high school to adulthood.

“The new Park Hotel redevelopment will be a game-changer for the City of Toledo in terms of improving the quality of life for many of our community’s most vulnerable citizens – young people who through no fault of their own have no place to call home.”

Who We Serve

Serving young adults in Lucas County aged 18 to 24 who are facing homelessness

Amenities

The building will have 45 fully furnished apartments, including kitchen utensils, linens, and toiletries. Shared communal spaces include computer stations, a toddler play area, a community room and kitchen, fitness room, and laundry. There will be on-site parking for both vehicles and bicycles.

Sustainability

The project will feature sustainable design in multiple ways, such as Energy Star-qualified lighting, windows and appliances; low-flow plumbing fixtures; high-efficiency, appropriately sized HVAC equipment; fresh-air ventilation; low volatile organic compound products; and construction to address durability.
